"Science and art part at the base reunite at the peak"Multiple autonomous modules of robots, akin
to Silicon-Based Cells, interconnect in an
open manner, birthing a complex intelligent
system. This might be the closest analogy of a
technological creation to a natural creation.
They open interfaces on the theater stage,
autonomously merge and dynamically
connect, weaving an intricate collective
collaboration, leading to creation of a
collective intelligence surpassing that of
individuals.
Silicon-Based Cells are actually inspired by
the collective behaviors of organisms such as
slime molds and ants. The modular and
self-reconfigurable robot, FreeSN, is developed to
freely configure and infinitely expand within a
network of intertwined individual intelligences,
giving rise to collective intelligence.
